The service was fantastic! Everyone was so nice and the food was so elegant. Everything was made of top chef quality! I felt like I was a judge on a quality cooking show (like Chopped) while tasting his dishes. Carlos is a great leader and I never felt misguided while working on a dinner menu with him. Everyone had fun and everything came out great! Overall the experience was extremely positive.
